Manner is committed to making a difference in the lives of our employees, our communities and our planet.
Manner leverages its resources to help our employees reach their highest potential. Over the years, Manner has provided tuition reimbursement for its employees and their family members. Some of the universities and colleges the students have attended or are currently attending include The University of Texas at Dallas, Collin College and the University of North Texas.
Manner plays a significant role in the partnership with local communities, including health and education communities. Manner actively supports McKinney ISD Communities In Schools, Dallas Region Inc. In August 2019, Manner made the fifth $50,000 donation to McKinney ISD as part of the $250,000 five-year commitment. We share the same mission: “Surrounding students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.”
Through grants, Manner also supports local non-profits such as the Denton chapter of Lovepacs. Lovepacs consistently provides meals to 275+ students across 10 Denton ISD campuses during school holiday weekends and school closures.
Manner has also been showcased locally and across the country supporting STEM initiatives for the next generation of scientists.
In December 2019, Manner partnered with Community Garden Kitchen in McKinney and presented a $100,000 check at their ground breaking ceremony. Their vision is to be a center of hope and compassion, ensuring that no one in our community suffers the fear and distress of food insecurity. Their mission is to serve nutritious meals to those in need in a safe, welcoming place. Manner is happy to support those efforts.
Manner supports a number of other local organizations that serve the neediest members of our community as well.
Manner partners with suppliers and customers to develop sustainable solutions for a safer, smarter future. We combine applied chemistry and manufacturing excellence to produce consistent, robust, high performance materials.
