This compound is versatile and allows for both flexible and rigid states. In its flexible state, plastic resin can be infused with heat &/or UV stabilizers, flame retardants, lubricants, fillers, non-phthalate plasticizers, processing aids, anti-fungal properties, color and more. In its correct state, our appliance and electronics wire compound will maintain strict adherence to multiple safety & regulatory requirements/specifications and provide manufacturers with products of a high-caliber performance.

Appliance and Electronics Wire Compound

Manner’s appliance and electronics wire compound is used in kitchen and home appliances. We have a complete product spectrum that complies with UL 83 QMTT2; listings include TW, THW, THW-2, THHN, THWN, THWN-2, MTW, and AWM compounds. We have the ability to meet your most demanding temperature, electrical, moisture, fungal, sunlight and oil resistance requirements.

Injection Molding

Manner’s injection molding appliance and electronics wire compound is used in electrical connectors, wire harnesses, plugs and overmold terminators. We have compounds that meet UL 94 QMFZ2 flame ratings HB, V2, and V0.

The industrial molding of our PVC compound allows for the mass production of consumer goods. Injection molded products are the largest single use of plastic materials in the world. Thermosetting compounds and thermoplastic materials are the two general classes of molding compounds typically used to form plastic materials.
