Sales Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the management of assigned accounts and providing support for the Customer Service Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, results focused, and able to achieve set goals, targets, and revenue. The candidate will possess extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. This position will report to the Director of Sales. This position is based in McKinney, TX. Remote position not available. Occasional travel required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers exhibiting trust, respect and integrity.
- Manage House and MOQ accounts including sales, allocations, and credit objectives.
- Serve customers by providing accurate and detailed information regarding prices, scheduling, and shipping.
- Execute product pricing adjustments and transportation cost updates.
- Communicate operations information to customers and sales account managers.
- Enter sales orders, schedule shipping, and communicate to customers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports.
- Communicate and administer pricing adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in the maintenance of customer data, and the generation of reports.
- Engage technical resources to support growth and manage sales, volumes, and forecasting deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with executives of manufacturing companies for all supported markets.
- Provide support to the Customer Service Support Specialist and to Account Managers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required for right candidate
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must understand the basic technical aspects of flexible PVC compounds
- Must understand the basic technical and business aspects of our primary markets
